Policies & Terms
Important information to ensure a smooth picnic experience.
Reschedule Policy
- If you need to reschedule or cancel due to weather or any other reason, please notify us via email, phone, or Instagram as soon as possible.
- In the event of rain or heavy wind on your picnic day, we will determine whether rescheduling is necessary.
- Weather-related rescheduling incurs no fees and can be done without limitations. We understand that weather is beyond our control.
- The first two reschedules are free of charge. If an event is rescheduled 3 or more times, a $50 fee will be applied to cover potential lost bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- With 30 or more days' notice, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 30 days' notice incurs a charge of half your original booking total.
- Without any notice, the full amount is charged.
- We may also charge you for any purchased picnic items regardless of notice period.
Damaged Items Policy
- We are happy to clean up after you; that is part of our service, and we understand little spills happen!
- If there is irreparable damage to our equipment (e.g., stains, dirt, mud) that we are unable to remove, the contact for the picnic will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged.
Missing Items Policy
- Please call or text if you want to leave early so the team can return to ensure the equipment is not left unattended.
- In the event items are stolen because they were left unattended, or accidentally taken home with you, we will charge the card on file.
Venue Policy
- For the Choose Your Own Venue option, there may be a surcharge for drive time. We will notify you of this charge within 48 hours of your time of booking.
- There may also be additional fees, including permit fees, entrance fees, or reservation fees for some parks.
Guest Count Changes
- You have a 7-day window before your picnic date to make changes to the number of guests without any charges.
- If you decrease the guest count less than a week before the event, you will still be charged according to your original booking.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive late to the scheduled picnic, the end time remains unchanged and the picnic will still conclude at the originally agreed-upon end time.
- You may extend your picnic due to late arrival at an additional cost: $30 for a one-hour extension or $15 for a half-hour extension.
- Please be punctual to fully enjoy your picnic experience without incurring additional fees.
Social Media
- We may film or photograph the setup and/or tear-down process of your event for sharing on social media platforms.
- We will ensure no personal or sensitive information is included. If you have concerns about this, please notify us in advance.
