If your setup space is not ready due to pet-related messes (e.g., dog poop), and we have to wait for you to clean it, a $20 waiting fee will be applied. If delays prevent us from completing your setup on time, we may need to leave and return later, which could affect your setup schedule.

Please keep pets away from all rental items to avoid additional fees for pet hair, odors, stains, or damage.

If your pet urinates on the tent, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

Broken, stained, or excessively dirty items may incur additional fees.
